REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Registration fee is inclusive of 18% GST.

Accompanying persons batch will not allow entry into the academic halls.

Conference registration is mandatory to attend workshop.

Registration badge is mandatory to attend workshop / CME/ scientific halls / lunch / dinner / exhibition area/ entertainment programs.

To collect the badge onsite, the physical presence of the delegate/faculty is mandatory.

Online charges will be applicable at 3% of the total amount.

Provide us with your updated email ID & mobile number. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.

Organising committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons.

Conference Organisers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.

It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo ID (government approved) for a smooth onsite registration procedure.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

Refund of registration will be made only against the written request by email or post submitted to the secretariat.

Till 31st March 2024, 25% of the registration will be deducted as processing charges and the rest will be refunded one month after conference completion. No refund after 1st April 2024.
